Detailed description of project
|
This EUR 300 + million project is aimed at elimination of the untreated discharges of wastewaters within the City of St Petersburg into the Neva River that flows into the Baltic Sea. The PMC’s role is to coordinate and monitor project implementation on behalf of International Financial Institutions, regular report on the project progress, identify risks to the programme and recommend remedial measures to the programme financiers and implementers.

LGID provides three key staff of Project Management Consultant – Project Manager, Financial Specialist and Engineer. LGID is responsible for the development of Programme Manual; review and verification of all key Programme documents, such as Programme Implementation Plan, tender documents, evaluation reports and contracts; and for monitoring of Programme implementation and preparation of quarterly reports on Programme Progress. LGID is also in charge of preparation and organization of Programme Steering Committee meetings.
